SUMMARY:Scripture Union Secondary Age (SUSA) Camp
DESCRIPTION:Scripture Union Secondary Age (SUSA) Camp is a camp designed for ALL secondary school students (aged 13-17 years old) to learn the foundations of faith\, to experience an environment that fosters growth and development and to connect with other youth across the country. It promises to be packed with fun activities\, impactful lessons\, and lifelong memories. \nThe camp theme\, ‘So What?’ is based on Titus 2:11-14.\n“11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions\, and to live self-controlled\, upright and godly lives in this present age\, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior\, Jesus Christ\, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own\, eager to do what is good.” \nThis year we hope to address the question\, ‘so what?’. \n“I’ve heard about the Gospel\, so what?”\,\n“Now that I am a Christian\, so what?”\,\n“I’m now in this church community\, so what?”. \nThrough this camp\, we aim to answer these questions and bring some clarity into the life of a Christian and those seeking to know more about this faith. \nAge: 13-17 years old\nDate: 18 – 21 September 2024\nFee: RM280 (transport from/to PJ included)*\nLocation: SUFES Campsite\, Tapah\nClosing Date: 3rd September 2024 \nProvided transportation will depart from Petaling Jaya and return to the same location after camp is over.
