LAMED: THE GOAD OF DISCIPLESHIP ( PART 6 )

The best definition of DISCIPLESHIP comes from our Lord Himself.

Approaching some simple fishermen around the Sea of Galilee, He said, ” Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men” ( Mark 1:17 ).

Follow Me = to KNOW Jesus and His teaching.

I Will Make You = to GROW more like Him.

Fishers Of Men = to GO for Him to serve others

Heavenly Father, a disciple is one who follows Jesus – in the ongoing process of  KNOWING, GROWING and GOING. In such a dynamic relationship, we encounter new truth, new character, new mission. We move from head knowledge to heart transformation evidenced by the multiplication of our hands in making new disciples. Like the first disciples, our lives will be radically transformed by watching and imitating our Master.
