Study #4: HEI

HEI is a symbol of God’s righteousness for us to ” behold” and a pattern to emulate.

Look at how HEI is written in 3 strokes – horizontally, vertically and a stroke by itself.

Some see this three markers as the length, breadth and depth of God’s grace.

But it can also represent the classic trio of our thoughts, words and deeds.

For what we think, say and do are reflections of our true character – who we really are!

Since we should reflect our Creator God’s character, all our thoughts, words and deeds should be sanctified by Him.

Father God, the double use of HEI in your most holy Name ( YHVH ) is a vivid reminder to us to have the mindset of Christ whose every thought, word and deed were godly and righteous. May we – by Your grace ( HEI ) – manifest the Fruit of The Spirit in our everyday thought, speech and action. May we hide this Word of revelation in our hearts that we may not sin ( Psalm 119: 11)
