Study #21: YOD

YOD AS A PROPHETIC MARKER

Look at little insignificant YOD alongside the other consonants.

It hangs mid-air by itself never quite touching the base-line.

Yet it is strangely prophetic as a marker.

For if YOD represents our Risen Savior, then Jesus like YOD stays in our hearts while on earth and at God’s right hand now in heaven.

Ephesians tells us we are His Body on earth while Colossians states He is the Celestial Head. But like YOD he has a special place in our hearts and minds.

Father God, indeed like YOD Your Word in Philippians 4:7 has a prophetic reassurance for us:

“Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus”. ( New Living Translation ).
