Teaching and learning is part of the process of discipleship.

William Glasser, a psychologist, once said we learn:

1. 10% of what we read.
2. 20% of what we hear.
3. 30% of what we see.
4. 50% of what we see and hear.
5. 70% of what we discuss with others
6. 80% of what we experience personally.
7. 95% OF WHAT WE TEACH OTHERS.

Thus we benefit most from the process of teaching others.

Heavenly Father, the blessedness of teaching comes from:

1. Meditating on Your Word ( Psalms1:1-3 ).
2. Doing Your Word ( James 1:25 )
3. Teaching Your Word more so when we see the fruit that comes with it.

Thus the one who benefits most from teaching is the teacher!
