Study #13: AYIN
AYIN: THE 16TH LETTER OF THE HEBREW ALPHABET
EDEN SPELT AS AYIN, DALET AND NUN (PART 2)
EDEN is an AYIN word loaded with deep meaning.
It is both a PLACE and PERSON (PRESENCE OF GOD).
Thus the 3 letters that spell EDEN have two significant meanings:
- Yesterday we deciphered the locale of EDEN as a place that opens to eternal life:
1.AYIN (See)
- DALET (the door that opens a pathway)
- NUN (to life)
- Today we see another pictorial that points to a Person:
1.AYIN (See)
- DALET + NUN (DAN – a name of a tribe of Israel meaning “Judge”).
Who is this august Judge who opens the door to eternal life or eternal death?
Abba Father, it is none other than our Lord, the Perfect Judge, who will judge both the living and the dead. May our names be recorded in His Book of Life as He says of the righteous:
“I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels” (Revelation 3:5).
