IF GOD IS LOVING, WHY HELL? (Part 3)

Since Hell is real, it is important to understand the correct perspective of eternal death in Hell.

Paul wrote: “The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23).

He was not just referring to PHYSICAL death (known as the first death) but SPIRITUAL death (the second death).

” But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars – they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulphur. This is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8).

ABBA FATHER, in Your divine paradigm and infinite fairness, You have decreed that death is the appropriate penalty for the sins of fallen humanity. And Romans 6:23 tells us it is not just PHYSICAL but SPIRITUAL death (the death sentence of eternity in Hell). Let us be ever mindful that Jesus died to get us out of Hell, sin, death and the stranglehold of the evil one. If Hell was not real, would our Lord have gone through all that pain and suffering of the Cross for us? For He knew that the Cross was the only way to get us out of there.
