Over 3,500 Chinese-speaking Christian leaders, pastors and believers from more than 30 nations will be making their way to Kuala Lumpur next month for the inaugural Global Chinese Alpha Conference (GCAC).
Themed REVIVAL 2025, the two-day conference organised by Alpha International on 18-19 March will bring inspiring messages, introduce practical evangelism tools and catalyse collaborative partnerships.
All sessions will be conducted in Mandarin with English interpretation.
“We believe this conference will be a valuable opportunity for Chinese Christians to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another,” shared Vinnie Tang, Executive Director of Alpha Asia Pacific in a statement.
Inspired by 2 Timothy 1:5-6, GCAC seeks to inspire, equip and empower Chinese-speaking Christians as they fulfil the Great Commission from the East to the West, stirring hearts for global revival and strengthening faith communities across the Chinese diaspora.
Renowned music ministry, Stream of Praise, to lead praise and worship
A conference highlight is that renowned music ministry, Stream of Praise Music Ministries, will be the Guest Worship Team for GCAC.

Known for their powerful and uplifting worship music, their songs are sung far and wide in Chinese churches globally. Their presence at the conference is expected to create a memorable and spiritually enriching experience for all attendees.
In addition to powerful worship sessions, conference attendees can also look forward to a wide variety of topics at the conference, from evangelism, church growth, church revitalisation and mobilising the next generation.
Insights and biblical truths on issues facing the Church today
The speaker line-up for GCAC includes Pr Liu Tong from River of Life Christian Church, USA, Rev. Dr. David Doong, General Secretary of the Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelisation, Rev. Andrew Chai and Rev. Peter Yang.
The conference hopes to foster unity and collaboration across different denominations and regions, strengthening the Chinese church’s collective efforts in evangelism and building a flourishing community of faith.
“Our hearts are filled with hope as we look towards REVIVAL 2025,” said Tang. “Together, we can equip ourselves to faithfully share the Gospel message with clarity and compassion in today’s ever-changing world.”
