Study #5: DALET

Our revelation of DALET ( the door/ the pathway ) is that Jesus ( the Last Adam ) is THE DOOR/ THE WAY.

From an object like a curtain or wooden door, DALET has become a Person. This is a quantum leap of faith!

How do we square it with scripture and Hebrew customs?

In the Old Testament the Mid- Eastern shepherd of a sheep pen sleeps at the entrance using his body as a protective shield to keep his sheep in and predators out.

In the New Testament there are key scriptures to meditate upon:

1. John 10:9

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

2. John 10:7

Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

3. John 14:6

I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Father God, Matthew 7:13 -14 adds a sobering reminder to today’s revelation that Jesus is our DALET. ” Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth to life, and few there be that find it”.
